Presentation by Dr Abdul Rashid Agwan On the occasion of Health Workers Training Program, Human Welfare Foundation, New Delhi, 31 August 2019. The participants were from Delhi, Haryana, MP and Uttar Pradesh. They were generally activists involved in the development of model villages under the scheme of Vision 2026 of the Foundation. It’s a two-day workshop, beginning on 31 Aug 2019.

Dear members, convener of VoC, Directors of Schools, Principals and eminent personalities of Okhla, you all are doing excellent efforts at your level.
I am with you for change and uplifting the FITNESS of the Okhla school going children, youth, women and elderly people with Natural Psycho Physical Therapy & Yoga (Advanced Scientific Fitness Exercises). I have the 40 years experience of Yoga Therapy and teaching of it in Govt. of India Institutions.
If possible, VoC may take-up it as its one of the initiative to improve the health standard of the Okhla people. To introduce it in the vicinity from the platform of VoC, a 10 days introductory camp of it may be organized. If approved this proposal by VoC then it will be for one hour daily and in beginning only a group of 50 people should be registered in advanced.
