Presentation by Dr Abdul Rashid Agwan On the occasion of Health Workers Training Program, Human Welfare Foundation, New Delhi, 31 August 2019. The participants were from Delhi, Haryana, MP and Uttar Pradesh. They were generally activists involved in the development of model villages under the scheme of Vision 2026 of the Foundation. It’s a two-day workshop, beginning on 31 Aug 2019.
