This window of Volunteers of Change has been opened on the occasion of completion of the first three years of its activities, with a view to interact with a wider circle of concerned individuals and organizations who may be interested in its core objective and for their cooperation for its achievement.
I thank and congratulate all associates of the network for their satisfactory journey towards transforming Okhla into an ideal locality. We have moved a few steps forward but there is a long way to traverse for any meaningful achievement. This calls for increased dedication of the volunteers and associates of the network and generous participation of more of the concerned souls.
